- Interior and exterior design for all areas of this luxury 64-story tower in Manhattan’s downtown Financial District – with amenities including an indoor and outdoor rooftop lounge, fitness club, library with fireplace and children’s playroom.
- Inspired by the Financial District’s history, at 19 Dutch all things Dutch are celebrated, from the building crest modelled loosely on the crest of the Netherlands, to the adorned front desk with white and blue Dutch Delft-style tiles and the collection of Dutch-themed artefacts displayed under glass above mailboxes in the lobby.
